Happy Birthday Dana!

My latest project, Chocolate Mocha Cake...

Goodcake has been idle a couple years, but I am ready to jump back in, to reinvent myself! I want to continue to create baked goods using the best of ingredients, but now, I want to do more, to do better. I want to branch out and create gluten free and dairy free goodies as well. I have always been a baking purist, resistant to changing a good thing, but I have had some dietary shifts and it has opened my eyes to the diversity of ingredients out there to make good stuff, without wheat, without dairy and without refined sugars. so, here goes! Goodcake is now Better!

Happy Customers...

“HOW DELICIOUS!! and HOW BEAUTIFUL!! We enjoyed it so much!! :-) In fact, my husband, who infamously does not like cake, really enjoyed yours - he even had seconds!” Kate D. “The best cake I have ever had..one of the highlights of my wedding..” Carrie S. “All I can think of now is how I can get some more of that coconut cake..” - Laurie D. (mother of the bride’s first thoughts after the wedding) “A year later people are still talking about our amazing wedding cakes! Our cakes were artfully displayed and decorated. Taking one bite of cake captured all the joy we felt that day! Pure magic.” -Abby P.
